Compact Branch Gateway with PoE+

The Huawei S380-L4P1T is a multi-service gateway that combines routing, switching and Power over Ethernet in a fanless metal chassis. It targets small offices that need wired connectivity, central management and a controlled power budget. The device forwards up to 2 Gbps and supports 150 users in this deployment profile.

One Gigabit Ethernet WAN port connects the branch to an ISP or upstream router. Four Gigabit LAN ports deliver PoE+ on 802.3af and 802.3at standards with a total budget of 50 W. The switching capacity reaches 8 Gbps, and the egress bandwidth is 1 Gbps.

An integrated wireless access controller manages up to 32 access points. Administrators use the Huawei eKit app, a web interface or SSH for configuration. The gateway supports IPSec VPN, NAT traversal, access control lists and port security for segmented branch traffic.
