Pixel density reaches 166 ppi, which keeps text and interface elements sharp at the native resolution. The panel uses in-plane switching for wide viewing angles. A bonded touch layer registers ten-point input for Windows gestures and pen use on supported models.
Technicians should match the 30-pin connector and panel part number before ordering. HP shipped the 13-4000 with FHD and QHD variants, and the two assemblies do not interchange.
