Description
Refillable Ink Tank All-in-One for Continuous Office Output
The HP Smart Tank 670 combines print, scan and copy functions in a refillable thermal inkjet chassis sized for shared workgroup desks. HP rates the engine at 12 ppm ISO black and 7 ppm ISO colour, with draft output reaching 22 ppm and 21 ppm. Automatic duplex printing handles two-sided jobs without manual sheet reloads.
Four refillable bottles feed the printhead: one 135 ml black bottle plus cyan, magenta and yellow bottles. HP quotes in-box yield of up to 18,000 black pages and 8,000 colour pages. A 2-line LCD with smart guided buttons manages setup and consumable status, supported by 128 MB of memory and an 800 MHz processor.
Connectivity covers dual-band 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n/ac), Wi-Fi Direct and Bluetooth LE, plus two Hi-Speed USB 2.0 ports for direct host attachment. Apple AirPrint, Mopria certification and the HP Smart app serve mobile and driverless workflows. A 150-sheet input tray and 100-sheet output tray absorb daily batch runs.
