Compact A4 Mono Laser for Desk-Side Output
The HP LaserJet M111a is a print-only A4 mono laser device with a single Hi-Speed USB 2.0 port. It reaches up to 20 ppm on A4 and 21 ppm on Letter, and the first page leaves the engine in 8.5 seconds from ready.
A 500 MHz processor with 16 MB of SDRAM interprets PCLm/PCLmS, URF and PWG job streams. Output resolves at up to 600 × 600 dpi across a maximum print area of 216 × 355.6 mm. HP rates the engine for a maximum of 8,000 pages per month.
The 150-sheet input tray and 100-sheet output bin take plain paper, envelopes, postcards and labels from 65 to 120 g/m². The chassis measures 346.3 × 360 × 280 mm and weighs roughly 3.79 kg.

Bought this for our cyber café in Kisumu. The 20 ppm speed handles queue well, and the HP 150A toner gives decent page yield before replacement. It’s compact, so it doesn’t eat up counter space. Only downside is no Wi-Fi, meaning customers can’t print directly from phones—we have to use the desktop. Still, for the volume we do, it’s been reliable and the build feels sturdy.
