Replacement Canopy Top for Pop-Up Frames

The pop-up gazebo roof supplies a replacement canopy and a PVC carry bag for standard 3 x 3 m instant shelters. It fits folding frames that use a four-leg pop-up mechanism. The roof ships folded inside the bag for transport.

A 420D oxford weave carries a PVC coating on the inner face. The coated fabric resists water penetration and blocks UV radiation. Reinforced seams and bar-tacked corners resist tearing at the frame contact points.

Corner pockets locate the canopy over the frame legs and hold it under tension. The valance skirt hangs 20 cm below the frame edge and sheds runoff away from the legs. The roof weighs approximately 3.2 kg and folds to 60 x 20 x 20 cm.

The PVC bag uses a zip closure and a webbed carry handle. It measures 65 x 22 x 22 cm and accepts the folded canopy with room for the frame pegs. The bag material wipes clean and resists punctures from frame ends.
