Description
Commercial Portrait Display for Always-On Messaging
The Dahua LDV55-SAI400L digital signage uses a 55-inch IPS/VA panel in a 9:16 portrait format. It resolves 2160 × 3840 pixels and delivers 320 cd/m² typical brightness. An industrial-grade panel supports continuous 24-hour operation in retail and lobby environments.
A quad-core Cortex-A55 CPU at 1.92 GHz runs Android 11 with 4 GB RAM and 32 GB ROM. The built-in media player decodes H.265 HEVC to 2160p60 and handles MP4, AVI, MOV, MKV and WMV files. Two USB ports accept local playback media, and a TF slot adds up to 128 GB of removable storage.
The metal chassis measures 1,900 × 750 × 460 mm with the floor bracket and weighs 66 kg. Power draw sits at 80 W typical and 90 W maximum from a 100–240 VAC supply. An RJ45 port provides 10/100/1000 Mbps network control, and an HDMI 2.1 input accepts external sources at 3840 × 2160@60 Hz.

Why Choose the LDV55-SAI400L
The vertical advertising screen replaces printed banners with scheduled digital content that staff can update over the network.
A commercial display panel tolerates longer daily run times than a consumer television, which reduces replacement frequency in busy sites.
The floor-standing kiosk includes its own bracket, so installers avoid a separate wall mount or ceiling rig.
Android signage player software and USB playback give site teams a fallback when the network link drops.
HDMI 2.1 input and 4K portrait output support external media players and IP camera streams.

Good value for a floor-standing portrait unit with Android built in. We use the IPC stream feature to display our warehouse camera feed in the dispatch office. It works, though I wish the included documentation explained the CMS software a bit better. Otherwise a reliable screen for the price.

The TF slot and USB player are handy for quick content swaps when the network is down. The A55 quad-core handles our schedule smoothly and the portrait orientation fits our corridor space exactly.
Faith Njeri Karanja (verified owner) –
The 8ms response time matters for us because we run a mix of video and animated PDFs in the lobby. No visible ghosting even on fast-moving content. The dual 5W speakers are adequate for an indoor waiting area. Android 11 with 4GB RAM handles the media player software without stuttering. I’d have liked a slightly brighter panel for the west-facing windows, but for interior circulation it does the job.

Delivery came through on schedule and the packaging was intact. Setup was straightforward with the RJ45 connection; the signage is now showing our product rotation in the branch without any hiccups so far.
Wanjiku Mwangi (verified owner) –
We mounted this unit in our reception area at Upper Hill and the portrait 4K panel is sharp from every angle. The 350 nits holds up well against the afternoon glare through the glass doors. The built-in Android player means we didn’t need to source extra hardware for the lobby loop, which kept our AV rack tidy. Solid build quality on the floor stand too.
