Description
Cat4 Cellular to Wi-Fi Distribution
The Cudy LT400 4G router converts a cellular data connection into a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and four wired Ethernet ports. It accepts a single nano SIM and runs 4G Cat. 4 with downlink rates up to 150 Mbps. The chassis measures 229 x 123 x 32.7 mm and weighs 276 g.
A MediaTek MT7628 chipset runs at 580 MHz with 64 MB DDR2 memory and 8 MB NOR flash. Two fixed cellular antennas support 2×2 MIMO on the downlink. The 2.4 GHz radio delivers 300 Mbps across two spatial streams with beamforming and internal PA/LNA stages.
Four 10/100 Mbps RJ45 ports serve wired clients, and one port switches between WAN and LAN roles. In WAN mode the unit keeps the 4G link live and prefers the wired uplink to reduce mobile data consumption. A 12V 1A adapter powers the board, and the case supports desktop or wall mounting.
Key Features
Cat. 4 LTE Modem
The integrated modem reaches 150 Mbps downlink and 50 Mbps uplink on FDD networks, with TDD rates of 130 Mbps and 30 Mbps.Regional Band Coverage
- The EU variant covers LTE-FDD B1/3/5/7/8/20/28 and LTE-TDD B38/40/41.
- WCDMA fallback runs on B1/5/8 for legacy voice networks.
N300 2.4 GHz Radio
Two spatial streams deliver 300 Mbps with beamforming and two internal PA/LNA stages.Four Fast Ethernet Ports
One RJ45 port switches between WAN and LAN roles while three remain fixed LAN.Dual WAN Preference
The board holds the cellular link open and routes traffic over a wired WAN path when one is present.VPN and Remote Access
- WireGuard, OpenVPN, ZeroTier, PPTP and L2TP endpoints ship in firmware.
- A DDNS client carries presets for more than 15 providers.
Fixed Antenna Array
Two cellular and two Wi-Fi antennas mount to the chassis, so deployments need no external connectors.

Quick installation guide
Why Choose the LT400
The cellular Wi-Fi bridge removes the need for a fixed-line installation at temporary sites.
Four RJ45 sockets let a small office share one SIM connection across wired desktops and access points.
WireGuard and OpenVPN support keeps remote management traffic encrypted without a separate appliance.
Failover between the nano SIM link and a wired uplink protects payment terminals and cameras from outages.
The 130 m open-air coverage rating covers a single retail floor or a small warehouse bay.

Set this up at our shop in Kisumu after the fibre line kept going down. Inserted an Airtel SIM and the LT400 was online in about two minutes. The 300Mbps Wi-Fi covers the counter and back office fine. Has been stable for three weeks now.
Anne Wairimu (verified owner) –
Good router for a backup internet line at home. Cat4 speeds are enough for streaming and normal browsing. The Nano SIM slot is convenient since I can swap between networks depending on who has better signal that week.
James Mutinda (verified owner) –
Works well as a primary connection in an area with no fibre. The N300 Wi-Fi is single band only, which is fine for our usage. Setup through the web interface was straightforward and the signal holds steady. Delivery to Machakos took four days.

Reliable little 4G router. Does exactly what I need for a small office with three devices.
