Cat6 UTP Patch Lead for Gigabit and 10G Links

The CAT6 3M patchcord connects switches, patch panels and servers over a 3-metre run. It uses 24 AWG stranded copper conductors in an unshielded twisted pair construction. RJ45 male plugs terminate both ends for direct equipment connection.

The cable supports up to 250 MHz and carries 10GBASE-T traffic to 55 metres. Stranded copper conductors resist breakage during repeated bending in patch panels. The LSZH jacket limits smoke and halogen release in enclosed cabinets. Straight-through wiring follows T568B pinout as standard.

Each plug carries 50-micron gold-plated contacts for stable signal transfer. The moulded strain relief boot protects the latch and conductors at both ends. A snagless boot design prevents the latch from catching on adjacent cables during moves and changes. The 3-metre length reaches between adjacent racks and across a desk surface.

Electrical performance meets ANSI/TIA-568.2-D Category 6 requirements. The assembly supports PoE, PoE+ and PoE++ up to 100W for powered devices. Operating temperature spans -10°C to 60°C for indoor installations. The cable diameter measures 5.8 mm and fits standard cable managers and patch panel openings.
