Apple MacBook Pro 13-inch M1 A2338 Space Grey 8GB 256GB SSD

Apple Silicon 13-Inch Retina Notebook

The MacBook Pro 13-inch M1 pairs Apple’s first-generation system-on-chip with a 13.3-inch Retina panel in the A2338 chassis. It ships in Space Grey with 8GB of unified memory and a 256GB SSD. The fan-cooled enclosure sustains longer workloads than the fanless MacBook Air of the same generation.

The M1 package combines an 8-core CPU, an 8-core GPU and a 16-core Neural Engine on a single die. Unified memory removes the copy between CPU and GPU pools. The 2560 x 1600 IPS display reaches 500 nits with P3 wide colour and True Tone. Two Thunderbolt/USB 4 ports carry charging, DisplayPort and data at up to 40Gb/s.

A 58.2Wh lithium-polymer battery supports up to 17 hours of wireless web use. The 61W USB-C adapter recharges over either Thunderbolt port. The Magic Keyboard includes a Touch Bar and a Touch ID sensor. Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 handle wireless links, and the 720p FaceTime camera sits above the display.
