The Yealink UH37 Dual is a professional wired stereo headset built for UC desk work, contact centers, and remote collaboration. It connects through USB-A or USB-C for plug-and-play use on Windows and macOS PCs, with native integration on Yealink IP phones and broad compatibility with leading UC platforms. Dual ECM microphones with Yealink Acoustic Shield technology reduce ambient noise so callers hear your voice clearly in open offices and shared workspaces.
Yealink pairs 35 mm stereo drivers with dynamic EQ that switches between call mode and music mode automatically. Wideband microphone response spans 100 Hz to 10 kHz, which preserves speech clarity on VoIP and Teams calls. The over-the-head dual-ear design uses a metal-reinforced frame, leather-wrapped headband, and oval memory foam ear cushions for extended wear without excessive clamping force. At 139.5 g, the dual model stays lighter than many comparable office headsets.
Call controls sit on the earcup for answer, end, reject, hold, volume up, volume down, and microphone mute. You can mute by pressing the dedicated button or by lifting the boom arm. The 300-degree rotatable boom supports left-side or right-side microphone placement without cable strain. An integrated busy light activates during active calls to signal availability to nearby colleagues.
