Description
Long-Run Analog Video Interconnect
The Vention DAEBQ is a 20-metre VGA cable with a 3+6 conductor configuration and dual ferrite cores at each end. Vention builds it for long analog video runs between a source and a display in large rooms. The black PVC jacket measures 7.5 mm in outer diameter and carries 28 AWG oxygen-free copper conductors.
The 3+6 layout dedicates three coaxial lines to the red, green and blue video signals, while six auxiliary conductors carry horizontal sync, vertical sync and DDC data. This separation limits cross-talk between the colour channels. Gold-plated DE-15 male connectors on both ends resist corrosion across repeated mating cycles.
Double shielding combines an aluminium foil wrap with a braided metal layer. The ferrite cores clamp onto the cable near each connector and suppress high-frequency noise picked up over the 20 m run. The assembly supports 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz and weighs roughly 1.43 kg in total. The PVC jacket operates from -10°C to 70°C and stores from -20°C to 80°C.
Key Features
20-Metre Run for Large Rooms
The 20 m length reaches projectors, monitors and displays in auditoriums and conference halls without an extender.3+6 Conductor Architecture
- Three coaxial lines carry the RGB video channels
- Six auxiliary conductors handle sync and DDC signalling
- The split layout reduces cross-talk between colour channels
Dual Ferrite Cores
Moulded ferrite beads at each connector suppress electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference over the long cable span.Double-Shielded Construction
Aluminium foil and a metal braid wrap the conductor bundle to limit EMI ingress from nearby power cabling.Oxygen-Free Copper Conductors
28 AWG oxygen-free copper carries the analog signal with lower resistance and less attenuation than copper-clad aluminium alternatives.Gold-Plated DE-15 Connectors
Gold plating on the 15-pin male contacts limits oxidation in humid rooms and across repeated reconnect cycles.1080p 60 Hz Support
The cable carries 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz for Full HD projectors and legacy monitors.Plug-and-Play Compatibility
The assembly needs no drivers and works with any VGA-enabled desktop, laptop, projector or display.

Why Choose the DAEBQ
The 20 m span removes the need for a signal extender or repeater in large halls and lecture theatres.
Ferrite cores and double shielding hold the analog signal steady near fluorescent ballasts and power trunking.
The 3+6 conductor split keeps RGB channels isolated, which limits colour smearing on long runs.
Oxygen-free copper conductors reduce signal loss across the full 20 m length.
Gold-plated contacts and a moulded PVC jacket survive repeated setup and teardown in shared rooms.

Works as expected. The ferrite beads are a nice touch.

Ordered for our boardroom setup. The cable is thick and well shielded, which is what we needed for the long run. Arrived on time.

We use this in our school’s assembly hall to connect a desktop at the back to the projector at the front. Twenty metres is the right length for that room and the ferrite cores do the job where mains cables run parallel. Picture stays stable at 1080p across full assemblies. The only thing to note is that the cable is heavy and needs proper cable management, but that is expected at this length. Would order another for the second hall.

The 3+6 wiring carries a better signal than the cheaper 3+4 cables I have used on long runs. The connectors screw in properly and do not wobble on the projector port. Good for fixed installations where the cable is not moved.
Grace Njeri (verified owner) –
Decent cable for a long run. The signal held without issue on my office projector.

Ran this 20m cable from the projector in the ceiling to the AV cabinet at the back of the hall. The ferrite cores at both ends kept the image clean on a 1080p presentation, no ghosting or colour shift across that distance. Good build for an install job.

Used it to bridge a server rack to a wall-mounted display in our comms room. Shielding is good and the ferrite cores cut down the noise I was seeing with the previous cable.
