The Vention CBIBJ USB is a 5-metre USB 2.0 extension cable that moves a Type-A port to a more convenient position. It joins an A male plug to an A female socket and carries data at up to 480 Mbps. Nickel-plated contacts resist wear across repeated mating cycles.
Tinned copper conductors use a 24AWG power pair and 28AWG data pair. The 4.5 mm PVC jacket bends around desk edges and trunking without kinking. A twofold shield limits interference from nearby mains cabling and wireless access points.
