Description
Weighted Pedestal Holder for Desk Devices
The Ugreen LP177 is a passive mechanical pedestal that holds a phone or small tablet at a fixed height while a tilting plate sets the viewing angle between 5 and 45 degrees. A 105 × 105 mm galvanized base plate and silicone feet keep the assembly planted on a flat desk. The cradle depth of approximately 12 mm accepts most bare phones and slim cases.
An alloy support arm and rugged ABS shell carry the device above the work surface. Silicone pads on the back plate and base reduce the chance of scratches and limit lateral creep during touch input. The stand assembles from a threaded rod, support plate and weighted base using the supplied wrench. It does not telescope, swivel or fold flat.
The open cradle design leaves the charging port accessible, so a separate cable can connect while the device stays mounted. Portrait and landscape orientations both work because the hooks accept the device across either axis. The holder fits devices from approximately 4 to 6.5 inches; thick rugged cases, wallet cases and pop-out grips may need removal before mounting.
Key Features
Weighted 105 × 105 mm Base
A galvanized steel plate adds mass at the footprint, and four silicone feet raise friction against desk surfaces.5-45° Tilting Support Plate
- Hinge holds position without tools after adjustment
- Start at a low rearward angle and raise tilt only after checking balance
- Load the device centrally to keep leverage over the base
Alloy Arm and ABS Shell
The support column uses an aluminium alloy tube inside a moulded ABS housing for stiffness at low weight.Open Charging Access
The cradle leaves the bottom port clear, so a charging cable can remain connected during use.Portrait and Landscape Mounting
The hooks accept a device across either axis without removing the stand from the desk.Silicone Contact Pads
Soft pads on the back plate and base reduce abrasion and limit sliding under light touch input.

Why Choose the LP177 Holder
The steel base plate and silicone feet resist lateral drift better than lightweight plastic stands under light screen taps.
The 12 mm cradle depth clears most slim cases, so users avoid removing covers for every call.
Passive construction has no battery, motor or electronics to fail or require power at the desk.
The 5–45° plate covers reading, video calls and recipe reference without a telescopic column that adds wobble.

Good value for what it is. The stand fits my 5-inch phone and my son’s 6.5-inch one. Delivery to Thika took a few days but it arrived well packed.
Wanjiru Kamau (verified owner) –
Simple and does the job. My phone sits steady on my desk at the 30° setting, and the tilt range is wide enough for video calls.

I have been using the LP177 stand for about three weeks now on my office desk. The hinge holds every angle from the 5° to the 45° range, and my phone stays in place even when I tap the screen during calls. The rubber pads on the base and the cradle stop any scratching. It is a small item but it has cleaned up my desk space nicely.

I use this for my phone during work-from-home days. The build is plastic but feels firm, and the angle adjustment holds without slipping. Fits my 6.5-inch phone comfortably.

Bought this for my shop counter in Kisumu so I can watch videos between customers. Works fine, though I would have liked a slightly wider base for stability when tapping the screen.
Kevin Odhiambo (verified owner) –
Sturdy little stand for my phone. The adjustable tilt makes a difference when I am following a recipe or watching tutorials in the kitchen. No complaints so far.
Faith Nyambura (verified owner) –
Compact and lightweight. I carry it in my laptop bag to use at client meetings. Does exactly what it says.
