Description
Long-Run HDMI Interconnect for Projectors and Displays
The Ugreen HD104 8m links a source device to a display over an 8 m male-to-male run. It carries HDMI 1.4 signals at up to 3840 × 2160 at 30 Hz. Gold-plated contacts and triple shielding hold the link stable across the full length.
The assembly uses 28AWG conductors with an 8.0 mm outer diameter and a tin-plated copper core. Bandwidth reaches 10.2 Gbps with Ethernet, which covers 4K at 30 Hz, 1080p at 60 Hz and 3D frames. HDCP compliance keeps protected content flowing to the sink.
A ferrite filter plus aluminium-foil and braid shielding suppress EMI along the run. The lead supports Audio Return Channel, 48-bit deep colour, Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio. Installers route it through trunking, floor boxes and ceiling voids where a shorter lead will not reach.
Key Features
8 Metre Male-to-Male Run
The full-size HDMI Type-A plugs on both ends seat directly into TVs, projectors, AV receivers and desktop GPUs.4K at 30 Hz Over HDMI 1.4
The interconnect carries 3840 × 2160 at 30 Hz, 1080p at 60 Hz and 3D frame formats to the display.Triple-Shielded Construction
- Aluminium foil and braid layers surround the twisted pairs.
- A ferrite filter clamps high-frequency noise at the connector end.
- Tin-plated copper conductors limit resistive loss over the 8 m span.
10.2 Gbps With Ethernet Channel
The link carries video, audio and a 100 Mb/s Ethernet return over the same jacket.Gold-Plated Contacts
Plated pins resist oxidation and corrosion across repeated mate cycles.Audio Return and Deep Colour
ARC returns TV audio to a receiver, and 48-bit deep colour extends the gradation range.

Why Choose Ugreen HD104
The 8 m span reaches between a ceiling-mounted projector and a floor-level source without a repeater.
Triple shielding and a ferrite bead keep the 4K interconnect stable near power cabling and switch gear.
Gold-plated pins survive repeated re-patching in meeting rooms and demo labs.
10.2 Gbps headroom covers 1080p at 60 Hz on legacy endpoints and 3D on compatible displays.

Ordered on a Tuesday and it was delivered in Nairobi the next day. Plugged it into the projector in our boardroom and it worked first time. No adapters, no fiddling.

We used six of these to cable up display screens in a training room. All six worked straight out of the packaging and the 4K signal held on every run. Good value for a cable this length.
Wanjiku Mwangi (verified owner) –
Ran this 8m run from a wall-mounted TV to the decoder shelf in our Kilimani office. Picture locks at 4K 30Hz with no dropouts, and the connector shells are tight enough that the cable does not sag.
Peter Mwenda (verified owner) –
Works as advertised. HDMI 1.4 tops out at 4K 30Hz, so do not expect 60Hz from this cable. For a decoder or a standard monitor it is more than enough.
Otieno Odhiambo (verified owner) –
Good cable, works fine on my Samsung TV. The 8m length is what I needed for the sitting room layout. Only issue is the cable is fairly stiff, so routing around corners needs a bit of patience.
Grace Wambui (verified owner) –
Cable arrived well packed and the length is exactly right for our reception screen. Picture is sharp and stable.
Brian Kiptoo (verified owner) –
Solid build quality from Ugreen as usual. Gold-plated connectors seat firmly and I have had no signal issues across the full 8m length.
