Description
Two-Bay Desktop Storage Appliance
The Ugreen DH2300 NAS is a diskless two-bay enclosure that accepts 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch SATA drives. It ships without drives and supports up to 64 TB across two 32 TB disks. The unit runs UGOS Pro on a Rockchip RK3576 eight-core processor with a 6 TOPS NPU.
Board memory is 4 GB LPDDR4X, paired with 32 GB eMMC for the operating system. A single 1GbE RJ45 port moves files at roughly 125 MB/s. Two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port and an HDMI 2.0b output handle peripherals and direct 4K 60 Hz display output.
RAID modes cover Single Disk, JBOD, RAID 0 and RAID 1. The chassis measures 214 x 98 x 151 mm and weighs 950 g without drives. An external 50.4 W adapter feeds 12 V at 4.2 A, and one 80 x 15 mm fan handles airflow. NFC on the front panel pairs a phone for first-time setup.

Why Choose DH2300
The two-bay network storage chassis runs RAID 1 mirroring so one disk can fail without data loss.
A 1GbE link and dual SATA bays suit home backup, photo archiving and small-office file sharing.
UGOS Pro adds AI photo indexing, remote access and multi-platform sync without recurring fees.
Direct HDMI playback removes the need for a separate media player in a living-room deployment.

The NFC setup made the first configuration painless. I did not need to hunt for network credentials. Solid little box.
Brian Mwangi (verified owner) –
Set this up over a weekend for our small office. The 4GB RAM is enough for our file sharing and the AI photo album sorted our image archive faster than expected. The 1GbE link is fine for our team of six.
Kevin Otieno (verified owner) –
Works well overall. The 4K HDMI output is a nice bonus and the UGOS interface is clean. Only issue is the single 1GbE port, so large file transfers can be slow if you move big media files often.
Faith Njeri (verified owner) –
Delivery was quick and the unit arrived well packaged. I run it with two 8TB drives in RAID 1 and the remote access works well from my phone when I travel. Good buy for anyone new to NAS.
Samuel Kariuki (verified owner) –
I bought this for our clinic’s patient records backup. The RAID 1 mirroring gives peace of mind, and the AI photo album is not something I expected on a starter unit. Setup took a bit longer than I hoped, but the UGOS Pro documentation helped. For the office use case it handles well, though I would have liked a second Ethernet port for link aggregation.
