Description
Nano USB Wireless N Adapter
The TP-Link TL-WN725N plugs into a standard USB 2.0 port and adds 2.4GHz Wireless N connectivity to a desktop or notebook. The internal antenna delivers up to 150Mbps on 802.11n. The 18.6 x 15 x 7.1mm shell sits nearly flush with the chassis, so the unit can stay mounted during transport.
Wireless standards cover IEEE 802.11b, 802.11g and 802.11n on the 2.400 to 2.4835GHz band. Signal rate steps down to 54Mbps on 802.11g and 11Mbps on 802.11b. Reception sensitivity reaches -90dBm at 1Mbps and -68dBm at 130Mbps. Transmission power stays below 20dBm.
The adapter weighs 2.1 grams and carries a status LED. Security covers 64/128-bit WEP, WPA/WPA2 and WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK with TKIP or AES, plus IEEE 802.1X. It runs Ad-Hoc and Infrastructure modes. Drivers cover Windows 11 down to XP, macOS and Linux. Operating range is 0°C to 40°C at 10% to 90% non-condensing humidity.

Quick Installation Guide
Why Choose the Nano USB Adapter
Restores Wi-Fi on a desktop that ships without a wireless card.
Leaves the port usable in transit because the body barely protrudes.
Covers legacy 802.11b and 802.11g networks alongside modern N access points.
Supports WPA2-PSK with AES for current access point security policies.
Runs on Windows, macOS and Linux from one unit.
Drops into USB 2.0 ports on older office machines without a driver hunt.
Handles direct station-to-station links through Ad-Hoc mode when no access point exists.
