Copper Patch Lead for Rack and Desk

The Siemon patch cord 1m links switches, patch panels and workstations across a short channel. Four twisted pairs terminate in RJ45 plugs at both ends. Factory assembly removes field termination work from the cabinet build.

Stranded 24 AWG copper conductors carry the signal over the short run. The cord rates to 250 MHz and supports 1000BASE-T plus PoE Type 1 and Type 2. A patented cross-pair isolator sits inside each plug and holds near-end crosstalk down at higher frequencies.

A 360-degree crimp secures the plug body to the cable without deforming the pairs. The snagless boot covers the latch during pulls through cable managers. Contacts carry 50-micron gold plating, and the CM-rated PVC jacket meets indoor flame spread limits.
