100W USB-C Charging Lead
The NEO Ai 100W cable carries up to 100 W of Power Delivery across a 1 m nylon-braided assembly. It terminates in a 24-pin male USB Type-C connector at each end. The design targets laptops, tablets and phones that draw 20 V at 5 A.
An integrated E-Marker chip stores the cable current rating and vendor data. Compatible chargers read this data before enabling 5 A operation. The cable negotiates USB Power Delivery profiles up to 100 W. It does not support USB 3.x SuperSpeed or DisplayPort Alternate Mode.
Data transfer runs at USB 2.0 rates up to 480 Mbps. That bandwidth handles firmware updates, document sync and peripheral control traffic. The 1 m length suits desk, bag and travel use without excess cable slack.
The nylon braid covers a thermoplastic elastomer inner jacket. That two-layer construction absorbs bend stress across repeated coiling. Reinforced moulded joints at both plugs limit conductor flex fatigue. The black sheath carries no branding on the cable body.
The assembly meets USB Type-C cable and connector requirements for the 100 W profile. Charging and data operation covers 0 °C to 40 °C. Storage extends from -20 °C to 60 °C for transport and warehouse conditions.
