Description
Six-User Home Productivity Subscription
The Microsoft 365 Family grants one household of up to six people a twelve-month entitlement to the desktop Office suite, cloud storage and device security tools. Each member signs in with a personal Microsoft account on up to five devices at once. Licensing covers Windows, macOS, iOS and Android clients.
The plan bundles Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote as always-updated desktop applications. OneDrive provides 1 TB per person, which totals 6 TB across the household. Microsoft Defender adds ransomware detection and identity monitoring, while Copilot features sit with the subscription owner.
This Africa-only medialess SKU delivers the licence key electronically, so no DVD or USB media ships. Activation requires an internet connection and a Microsoft account. Supported clients include Windows 10 and 11, the two most recent macOS releases, Android 4.4 and later, and iOS 10 and later.

Why Choose Microsoft
The six-user home productivity suite replaces up to six separate retail licences with a single annual contract reference.
Per-user cloud storage scales to 6 TB without any on-premises file server hardware or backup tape rotation.
Defender security runs on the endpoint and in the cloud, which reduces reliance on third-party antivirus renewals.
Electronic provisioning removes shipping lead time and physical media handling from the procurement cycle.

Does exactly what it says. Works across our devices without fuss. Happy with the purchase.
Faith Wambui (verified owner) –
Six users, one year, all the Office apps plus cloud storage — it just makes sense for a busy household. The only thing is you need reliable internet for the full experience.
David Mutua (verified owner) –
Smooth installation on Windows 11. The family safety features are a nice bonus for managing the kids’ screen time.
Grace Njeri (verified owner) –
I was worried about the medialess key, but it came through email quickly and activated without a hitch. The 1TB OneDrive alone is worth it.
Peter Kariuki (verified owner) –
Good value for the whole family. The Africa-only restriction is fine for us since we’re based here. Renewal reminder came in handy.
Aisha Mohamed (verified owner) –
We use this at our small office in Nairobi and it’s been solid. The shared calendar and Teams integration keep everyone on the same page. No issues so far.
Brian Ochieng (verified owner) –
Works fine, but activation took a day longer than I expected. Once sorted, the Office apps run smoothly on all our devices.
Wanjiku Muthoni (verified owner) –
Set up was straightforward on my laptop and phone. Six users is more than enough for our family, and the 1TB OneDrive per person is a lifesaver for all the photos and schoolwork.
