Description
Standby Power for Desktops and Office Hardware
The Mercury Maverick 1550 is an offline UPS rated 1550VA and 930W. It carries four universal output sockets and two internal 12V 8.2Ah sealed lead-acid batteries. The tower chassis suits desks, retail counters and small server shelves.
Input accepts 220–230V AC across a 140–300V AC window at 50/60Hz. Maximum input current reaches 7.2A. Output regulation holds within ±10% in battery mode and delivers a simulated sine wave. Transfer time runs 2–6ms, fast enough for switch-mode PC supplies to ride through.
Boost and buck AVR corrects under-voltage and over-voltage without draining the battery. Protection covers short circuit, overload, discharge and overcharge plus surge events. The unit charges from flat to 90% capacity in about six hours. Audible alarms sound every 10 seconds in battery mode, every second at low battery and continuously on fault. Operating range spans 0–40°C at 0–90% relative humidity, with noise below 40dB.
