LiFePO4 Energy Storage Module for Deep-Cycle Applications

The LFP12200 lithium battery delivers 12.8 V nominal and 200 Ah capacity in a 4S2P prismatic cell arrangement. It stores 2560 Wh and replaces lead-acid blocks in solar, UPS and telecom cabinets. The ABS case measures 522 x 244 x 223 mm and weighs 20.2 kg.

A built-in battery management system balances cells and protects against overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent and short circuit. Maximum continuous discharge reaches 200 A, with a 600 A pulse for five seconds. Recommended charge current is 50 A at an upper limit of 14.6 V.

The IP65 enclosure handles dust and water jets, and an integrated handle eases lifting. Series and parallel links support up to four units, which scales a bank to 48 V or 800 Ah. The cells rate 5000 cycles at 80 percent depth of discharge.
