Description
Business Notebook with 11th Gen Core i7
The HP ProBook i7-1165G7 pairs a four-core 11th Gen Intel processor with 16GB of DDR4-3200 memory and a 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD. The 15.6-inch FHD IPS panel carries an anti-glare coating for overhead lighting. HP builds the chassis to MIL-STD-810H for shock, vibration and temperature extremes.
The i7-1165G7 runs four cores and eight threads from 2.8 GHz base to 4.7 GHz Turbo, with 12MB of L3 cache. Two SO-DIMM slots accept up to 32GB, and the M.2 2280 bay holds the supplied drive. Intel Iris Xe graphics drive the internal panel and external monitors through HDMI or USB-C DisplayPort.
Port selection covers three USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 connector with Power Delivery and DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 1.4b, Gigabit Ethernet and a combo audio jack. Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 and Bluetooth 5 handle wireless links. The 45Wh battery charges through a 45W USB-C adapter, and the unit weighs about 1.74 kg.

Why Choose the ProBook 450 G8
The 15.6-inch chassis gives procurement teams a standard fleet size with parts commonality across HP business lines.
Two memory slots and a serviceable NVMe bay extend the usable service life beyond the initial configuration.
Native Gigabit Ethernet and dual-band Wi-Fi 6 cover office docking and wireless meeting rooms.
MIL-STD-810H certification and TPM 2.0 support reduce failure rates and satisfy enterprise security baselines.

The 512GB SSD boots fast and the ProBook chassis feels sturdy for a business machine. Only thing I’d note is it’s a bit heavy to carry daily, but for a desk-based role it’s fine. Good value for the spec.

I run CAD drawings and this handles them comfortably with the i7 and 16GB. Screen colour is decent but not a design-grade panel. For general engineering work and presentations it does the job well. Fans stay quiet under load.

Bought this for my consultancy work and the 15.6-inch FHD screen is easy on the eyes during long reports. Delivery to Westlands was quick and it came sealed. Battery lasts a full working day on light tasks.

Ordered two units for our reception and admin. Both arrived well packed and working. The fingerprint reader and webcam are handy for virtual meetings. Would buy again for the office.

Works well for our NGO field office. Set it up with our VPN and Office suite without any driver issues.

Deployed three of these for our accounts team on Upper Hill. The i7-1165G7 handles Excel models and heavy browser tabs without lag, and 16GB RAM means no swapping. Keyboard is comfortable for all-day typing. Solid workhorse.
