Description
Fortishred 1050HS High-Security Shredder
The Fellowes Fortishred 1050HS provides NSA-evaluated high-security destruction for sensitive government and corporate documents. This unit meets the rigorous NSA/CSS 02-01 mandatory requirements for high-security shredding. It utilizes a precision-engineered micro-cut mechanism to reduce a single A4 document into over 15,000 particles. Consequently, reconstruction of shredded material becomes virtually impossible. The system handles up to 4 sheets of 70gsm paper per pass. This architecture ensures compliance with the DIN 66399 Security Level P-7 standard.
Key Features
Electronically Controlled Safety Shield
This integrated barrier halts operation immediately upon contact to prevent accidental injury during shredding cycles.Continuous Duty Thermal Management
- The heavy-duty motor operates without cooldown periods for non-stop processing.
- Internal cooling systems maintain optimal temperature during high-volume document destruction.
Auto Shut-Off Energy System
The device transitions to a zero-energy consumption state after 30 minutes of inactivity to reduce overhead costs.High-Capacity Waste Management
A 35-liter pull-out bin facilitates efficient disposal and minimizes the frequency of maintenance interruptions.
