The phone itself is high quality, especially the Wi-Fi connectivity which is very fast and reliable for VoIP. However, just a note for other buyers that you might need to confirm if the power adapter is included if you aren’t using PoE injectors. Otherwise, it is a very solid 12-line device for a busy law firm.
