4MP Network Bullet with Smart Dual Light and Active Deterrence
The Dahua HFW1439TL1P-PV pairs a 1/2.9″ CMOS sensor with a 3.6 mm fixed-focal lens to deliver 2560 × 1440 video at up to 30 fps. It covers a 78° horizontal field of view and resolves detail at 78 m for detection, 31.2 m for observation, and 7.8 m for identification under the EN-62676-4 DORI standard.
Smart Dual Light switches between infrared and warm white illumination, both rated to 50 m. The camera runs H.265+ compression to hold bitrate between 12 kbps and 4096 kbps. True WDR at 120 dB, 3D noise reduction, BLC, and HLC manage high-contrast scenes such as gates and loading bays.
Active deterrence combines a built-in siren with flashing warm light, triggered by human detection events. Two-way audio runs through the integrated microphone and speaker. The unit accepts 12 VDC or PoE 802.3af and carries an IP67 rating for outdoor mounting on walls, poles, or ceilings.

We installed this at the entrance of a clinic in Kitengela. The bullet housing is metal and feels solid on the wall bracket, and it has handled the dust and afternoon sun without issue. One point to note: the smart dual light needs the white LED enabled in the settings, otherwise it works as a plain IR camera, which caught me out on the first unit. Once configured properly the deterrence flash does its job at night.
