High-Current IEC Cord for Servers and PDUs

The C19 Power Cable is a 16A, 250V AC cord set with an IEC 60320 C19 female connector and a C20 male plug. It connects high-power servers, storage arrays and UPS outlets to rack PDUs. The C19 coupler mates with a C20 inlet and latches without tools.

Three-core flexible cable carries line, neutral and protective earth. The 1.5 mm² conductor size supports the full 16A rating across the assembly. A moulded PVC jacket resists abrasion in cable trays and behind rack rails. Strain relief at both ends limits flex damage at the connector shells.

The C20 plug inserts into a standard PDU outlet or UPS receptacle. The C19 end accepts a C20 inlet on blade servers, chassis power shelves and network core hardware. Colour-coded black jackets simplify identification in dense power runs. Operating temperature spans -20°C to 70°C for indoor equipment rooms.

The C19 coupler carries a keyed housing that prevents reversed insertion into a C20 inlet. Contact pins use brass with a nickel finish to hold low resistance across repeated mating. The 1.5 mm² copper cores limit voltage drop on short rack runs. Moulded plugs meet IEC 60320 dimensional requirements so the cord seats in third-party PDUs and UPS hardware. Each lead ships coiled and tied for rack installation.
