Replacement Retina Display for 13-Inch MacBook Pro

The Apple MacBook A2338 screen is a complete 13.3-inch Retina display assembly for the M1 and M2 MacBook Pro. It arrives with the LCD panel, backlight, display board and aluminium lid frame pre-assembled in silver. Technicians swap the whole upper half instead of separating bonded layers.

Native resolution is 2560 x 1600 at 227 pixels per inch on an IPS panel with LED backlighting. The factory rating specifies 500 nits and P3 wide colour, and the glossy cover glass carries an anti-reflective coating. A display-board connector links the panel to the main logic board through the existing hinge cable.

Part fitment covers EMC 3578 and EMC 8162 chassis, including MYD83, MYD92, MYDA2 and MYDC2 SKUs. The assembly also fits MNEQ3, MNEP3 and MNEJ3 variants. Confirm the EMC code on the underside of the machine before ordering, because 13-inch Air panels use a different lid and connector. Service requires a pentalobe P5 driver, a Torx T5 driver and a suction cup.
