Description
Sealed VRLA Battery for Standby and Cyclic Duty
The Amaron 12V 7AH battery is a valve-regulated lead acid block for UPS systems, alarm panels, access control and emergency lighting. Absorbed glass mat separators hold the electrolyte against vibration, so the unit installs in any orientation except inverted. Model 12AL007 rates 7Ah at the 20-hour rate to 1.75V per cell at 27°C.
The case measures 151 mm long, 65 mm wide and 100 mm high, and weighs 2.2 kg. F1/F2 Faston tabs accept 4.8 mm and 6.3 mm spade connectors. Internal resistance sits near 25 mΩ on a fully charged cell at 27°C. A 5-second discharge limit of 105A covers brief inrush events at the load.
Standby charging holds 13.5 to 13.8V per battery, while cyclic duty needs 14.4 to 14.7V. Self-discharge stays under 4% per month at 27°C, which allows long shelf storage. The ABS case resists flame spread. Operation spans -20°C to +60°C, with the upper band limited to short durations. Design float life reaches six years under recommended conditions.
Key Features
AGM VRLA Construction
Absorbed glass mat separators immobilise the electrolyte and support spill-free operation.7Ah C20 Capacity
The 20-hour rating delivers 0.35A for 20 hours down to 1.75V per cell at 27°C.Faston Terminal Interface
- F1/F2 tabs accept 4.8 mm and 6.3 mm spade lugs
- L-shaped terminal block with Flappon protector
- Screw and blade contacts seat without adapters
Low Self-Discharge
The cell loses under 4% capacity per month at 27°C for extended storage between deployments.Wide Thermal Envelope
Operation spans -20°C to +60°C for short-duration exposure in unheated rooms.Maintenance-Free Design
The sealed case needs no water addition across the service life.Compliance and Standards
The block meets JIS C 8702, UL 1989, IEC 61056 and IEC 60896 requirements.

Why Choose the Amaron 12AL007
The AGM separator holds electrolyte against vibration in UPS cabinets and mobile equipment.
A 25 mΩ internal resistance keeps voltage sag low during high-current bursts.
F1/F2 Faston tabs mate with spade lugs already fitted in alarm and access control panels.
Under 4% monthly self-discharge lets procurement stock spares without frequent recharge cycles.
The sealed case removes electrolyte checks from scheduled maintenance rounds.
Compliance with JIS, UL and IEC standards supports sign-off on institutional installations.
