At Litmus Kenya, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 72 hours from the purchase date.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@litmuskenya.co.ke or call +254 726 557351 and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return label to ship the item(s) back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 48 hours.
If your refund is rejected, we will contact you to discuss your options.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at sales@litmuskenya.co.ke or call +254 726 557351 and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. Once we receive the item(s), we will process your exchange and ship the replacement item(s) to you
Reasons Under Which a Customer’s Order May Not Qualify for an Exchange
- Non-eligibility: The product you wish to exchange may not be eligible for an exchange, as per our return and refund policy. Please review our policy carefully before initiating an exchange.
- Damaged or used products: If the product you wish to exchange has been used, damaged, or altered in any way, it will not be eligible for an exchange. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Incorrect or incomplete information: If you provide incorrect or incomplete information while requesting an exchange, we may not be able to process your request. Please provide accurate and complete information to avoid delays or cancellations.
- Late or missed exchange request: If you fail to request an exchange within the specified time frame, your order may not be eligible for an exchange. Please review our return and refund policy for our exchange request deadlines.
Shipping Costs
Litmus Kenya is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, except in cases where we have made an error with your order.
