The Brother TZe-222 Label Tape provides a high-contrast labeling solution featuring red alphanumeric characters on a white background. This 8-meter cassette utilizes Brother’s patented laminated tape technology to ensure text remains legible under extreme environmental conditions. The construction consists of six layers of material, resulting in a thin yet extremely durable film. Thermal transfer ink is printed onto the underside of the laminate, effectively sandwiching the text between two layers of PET (polyethylene) film. This architecture protects the print against abrasion, chemical exposure, and moisture ingress.
