The TP-Link TL-MR100-Outdoor Router integrates cellular technology with a ruggedized exterior for remote networking. This hardware utilizes an internal Category 4 LTE modem to provide high-speed internet in locations without fiber or DSL infrastructure. It supports 4G LTE download speeds of up to 150 Mbps and upload speeds of 50 Mbps. The 2.4 GHz radio delivers N300 wireless connectivity for local client devices. A weatherproof enclosure protects the internal circuitry from environmental hazards including heavy rain and dust. Passive PoE support simplifies deployment by allowing power delivery over the same Ethernet cable used for data. This device suits remote sites where wired infrastructure is unavailable or cost-prohibitive.

What I like about this TL-MR100-Outdoor is that I don’t need to worry about rain or the sun hitting it directly like the indoor models we used before. The 300Mbps speed is more than enough for streaming the footage. Just slotted in the SIM card and it picked the network immediately. It’s much more professional than trying to hack an indoor router to stay outside in a plastic box. Highly recommend if you need reliable internet in an open area.
